Victor Seguin (d. 2000) was a stage builder who lived in Burbank.

In 1990, he was arrested by LAPD detective Harry Bosch and FBI profiler Terry McCaleb for the murder of a 15-year-old girl. When Bosch and McCaleb questioned Seguin in his home, they discovered another victim, still alive, in a crawl space under his bed. Ten years later, a week before he was set to be executed, Seguin was visited by Bosch, who tried to persuade Victor to reveal the identity of the girl he had killed, which Bosch had never managed to discover.

Seguin drove a Ford Taurus with the license plate number 1JK2LL4. The license was one of the only clues in the case because part of it was impressed into the skin of the victim.
