"Big" John Bantam is an Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Phoenix office. He is a large man, fitting his nickname but not his surname. He is of African-American ancestry.
He and his partner interviewed Declan McGinnis and Wesley Carver at Western Data Consultants in May of 2009. They were looking for information about the web site trunkmurder.com but got little useful information at that time because Carver had covered his tracks well. Bantam also interviewed Jack McEvoy after he and Rachel Walling had discovered evidence at WDC's warehouse.
